  • What if I’m confused about my size?

If you are unsure about sizing, please consult the size charts included in the description of each item. If further assistance is needed please contact us at hello@melandmin.com.

  • When will my order ship?

Order placed Monday-Friday will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the date the order was placed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped within 5-7 business days from the order was placed. Any additional processing time will be communicated via e-mail by the seller.

  • What if I don’t love my order?

Mel & Min offers hassle free returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your package. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the item to the seller. Should you wish to return your order after the 7 day return period, please contact us at hello@melandmin.com. For sanitary reasons, we cannot return washed or worn merchandise at any time.

  • What are my shipping options?

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail by default. Should you wish to change your shipping option, you can so do by selecting the preferred shipping method at check out. Postage rates are based on the weight of the package and the shipping method selected.

  • How do I track my order?

Once your items are shipped, a confirmation number will be sent to the e-mail provided with the shipping company used to transport your item and the tracking number to track your items until they arrive to your location. If a tracking number and/or order confirmation is not received, please contact us at hello@melandmin.com.

  • What if I want to cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know before your items have shipped. Please e-mail our fulfillment team at hello@melandmin.com with your order number and the items that you wish you cancel and a refund will be issued. Should you want to cancel your order after it has shipped, the item must be sent back to the seller once it is received at your location. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the item to the seller once it has shipped. Once all canceled items are received by the seller, a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.
